Mackin completed the Greensboro Borough Trail and Enhancements Project, totaling $1.25 million, which consisted of the design and construction of a safe, multi-model, urban trail and town enhancements. The goal was to capture the aesthetics of an old historic pottery manufacturing town adjacent the beautiful Monongahela River, and connect a town park to the town itself and its historic river boat ferry landing site.
