The project involved the replacement of an existing bridge which carries T-709 over Loyalhanna Creek in Westmoreland County. Mackin completed the final design for the replacement of this bridge, consisting of a two-span P/S concrete PA Bulb-Tee Beam bridge. The bridge was designed with Integral Abutments and included a wall pier. The project was a Design/Build project performed in conjunction with Golden Triangle Construction Company.
