Mackin designed improvements of the existing signalized S.R. 4020 (Harrisburg Pike), President Avenue and S.R. 4009 intersection in Manheim Township, Lancaster County. New signal equipment and pedestrian facilities will be installed, including adaptive signal timing systems.
