This $5 million project in northern Washington County involves the realignment of Valley Brook Road (SR 1010) with SR 19 to improve safety and traffic flow. In addition to the roadway realignment work the project includes 2 bridges and 2 retaining walls. Mackin was selected by PennDOT District 12-0 to provide the construction inspection for this project.
